Does the History repeat itself in Korean peninsular?

Does North Korea choose Russia instead of China to escape international sanctions imposed on it?   China is going to strengthen its economic development in cooperation with its bordering countries as North Korea in the East North .   Did North Korea finally find the exit to survive?  Ho Ho,  Russia is calmly busy to make its firm base economically and militarily in the East North Asia. Russia has already secured a part of sea port in North Korea. Strategically Russia has been seeking a sea port it is not freezing in the winter.    Also China is busy to firmly secure a exit sea port to the EAST Sea(Sea of Japan) in order to check both Russia and Japanese Navy someday . Of course  China  also needs to secure new sea silk road for the purpose of the trade?   Also China -Russia Joint Navy drill in the East China Sea to address the coming USA -Japan Navy alliance? Ha ,Ha  !!  Japan waits and see ,designing  its own operation under surface to take a chance to establish the diplomatic relationship with North Korea upon USA approval or it may go its own way! . The geopolitical situation in Korean peninsular is evolving into a delicate  and complicate situation.  Both South Korea and North Korea seems to fall into diplomatic dilemma they have never faced before since Korean War.   I feel with my sixth sense  unidentified international stratagem to kick out USA from Korea .     All Koreans and Chinese should  Never Forget even a moment that the central pillar keeping peace and stability in the East North Asia is USA !  USA will never give up Korean peninsular being emerged as strong point for the national security of USA .  Korea is becoming  important strategical strong point rather than Japan continuously facing the danger of the earth quake. If USA power decreases in Korean peninsular and become a state of vacuum of power, Korean peninsular could become the arena of the struggle among the powers as Japan,China,Russia. So even after reunification of Korea the permanent station of USA forces in Korean peninsular is imperative to keep peace and stability of the East North Asia , and Especially  Good for all Koreans and Chinese and Japanese  ,Russians. !!!  So immediately stop a hidden stratagem to kick out USA from Korea. USA will Never be deceived by such a stratagem as it was deceived just before Korean War by Hidden international communists. Ha Ha Ha  believe it or not  -- It is my personal view !!
