Why did many members defected from the West ? China-Led AIIB

Though China now leads AIIB as a regional financial initiative, China has other big dream to create China-led new international financial body like IMF and World Bank to influence the world financial arena. As long as China has huge amount of dollars on hand, China will keep taking a world financial initiative to escape the present West-led world financial organizations no matter how much the West opposes its dream. So wonder if the West block will go together with China and raise its voice by participation in the course of operation or just wait and see as it is. That is a dilemma! You know why some countries has defected from the the West? Because they do not trust much IMF policy which has shown the countries being suffered from the financial crisis. They believe IMF austerity policy including the credit squeeze ,forcing economic restructure etc against those countries could be ended up with killing their economy and also doubt that even a country of hatred could be killed financially in the event of the financial crisis. So they might strive to seek the other financial savior like China-led financial body to cope with the financial crisis in the future. China might have a hidden intention that China could control the countries financially and even kill a country of hatred someday with its own financial power, but the countries have gone through the financial crisis like UK,Korea, some European countries etc might prefer more options to relying on one body in order to meet the future crisis . China might know this trend well and will go its own way to create new international financial body regardless of the west oppose ,especially Japan strongly oppose against China's dream.
